Reporting to the Director, Audit and Review, the Program Manager: carries out the annual merit performance audit of appointments made to and from within the BC Public Service; conducts detailed examinations of specific appointments which are the subject of employee-requested reviews; prepares reports and recommendations for the Merit Commissioner; completes other related assignments such as special audits, studies and projects; and participates in annual planning, analysis, and preparation of a variety of reports.
