The Public Service Act requires the Merit Commissioner to report on activities related to reviewing processes for just cause dismissals. Unlike the Commissioner’s other work activities, a summary about this work is only included in the Commissioner’s annual reports. The first summary was included as part of the 2020-2021 Annual Report.
