Under the Public Interest Disclosure Act, the Merit Commissioner must prepare a report on all disclosures of wrongdoing that have been made in that year with respect to its Office. This law came into force in December 2019.
The Office prepares this report for a fiscal year and publishes each year on the website for the public to review.
